1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vd89 ("vd89", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform available at vd89.bio. vd89 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an account at any time where eligibility criteria are not met or where vd89 reasonably believes a breach of these criteria has occurred or is likely to occur.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of services on vd89, you must register a personal account. Registration requires you to submit a valid mobile number, a password, and such other personal information as vd89 may request. You warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, and complete and that you will maintain its accuracy throughout the life of your account.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. vd89 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify vd89 immediately via our support contact.

KYC Verification

vd89 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. vd89 may at any time request documentary evidence of your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership. Such documentation may include a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by vd89 may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

vd89 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests exclusively through the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of the transaction. Accepted methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vd89 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; the name on the payment account must match the name on the registered vd89 account.

Deposit Policy

Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. vd89 does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of receipt by vd89's payment processor. vd89 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network outages.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to vd89's verification and fraud-prevention procedures.
• Bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Players must meet the stated rollover conditions in full before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds will be authorised.
• vd89 reserves the right to carry out additional identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal request. vd89 targets same-day processing for verified accounts but does not guarantee processing times.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

vd89 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the offer is made:

• Each bonus offer is available only once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless otherwise stated. Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts or fictitious identities to claim bonuses more than once — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, as well as potential account suspension.
• Wagering requirements (rollover conditions) must be met before bonus funds or any winnings derived from free spins may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiple applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotional terms.
• vd89 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including where vd89 reasonably suspects that a player is manipulating a promotion or exploiting a technical error.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotional terms. Expired bonus balances will be removed from the player's account automatically.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and gameplay on vd89 are subject to the applicable rules for each product type (sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games). Product-specific rules are published within each game or betting market on the platform and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that product.

Sports Betting

Bets placed on sporting events, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports, are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. vd89 reserves the right to void bets where an event is abandoned, postponed, or where the result is otherwise inconclusive, in accordance with the specific market rules applicable to that event.

Casino and RNG Games

All casino games and RNG-based titles available on vd89 use certified random number generation technology. vd89 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a disputed game result, the game server log constitutes the definitive record and shall be used to determine the correct outcome. Malfunction of a game voids all related bets and any associated winnings.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on vd89 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on vd89, whether in your own name or under another person's identity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game or betting market, or engaging in any form of match-fixing.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage on the platform or to exploit a technical error or vulnerability.
• Using vd89 in connection with any illegal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
• Attempting to access another player's account or any non-public area of the platform without authorisation.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vd89 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, even if vd89 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. vd89's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vd89 does not warrant that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party service failures may affect platform availability. vd89 shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability arising from circumstances beyond vd89's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, or acts of government.

10. Amendments to These Terms

vd89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where vd89 makes a material change to these Terms, vd89 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered players by posting a prominent notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the mobile number or email address registered to the player's account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically and to remain aware of any changes.

Your continued use of vd89 following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using vd89 and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the first instance, players with a complaint or dispute are encouraged to contact vd89's customer support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter promptly and fairly. vd89 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
